Using painting, charcoal, pastel on wood, pen and ink, block printing and 3-dimensional forms, KD Hafley creates images that portray how women are seen through the seasons of time. Some are riffs on iconic versions of women, others are masks incorporating the four seasons and primal elements. All provoke thoughtful consideration of how women are viewed and portrayed through the ages.
