Friday, September 13: 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Saturday, September 14: 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
The work in this exhibit by Deepaa Koshallay reflects a migrating time—past, present, future—through memory. The artist calls them "vibrating ink drawings," in which everything is destroyed and recreated. Deepaa's work is guided by the sacred symbolism of Ancient Eastern Literature, Astrology, and the determination of cultural boundaries, which unify and divide. The exhibit will include work by Deepaa's art students. Free handwriting analysis session offered Saturday from 3pm - 4:30pm.
